Colissimo delivery in mainland France is offered from € 120 by indicating the code.

Time frame for postage

  • Shipping 48 hours after receipt of payment.
  • Standard shipping method: Colissimo delivered against signature.
  • Delay 2 to 5 working days (delay not guaranteed).

You can also select DHL if you want to be delivered between 24h to 48.

An order registered before 3 p.m. will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order after 3 p.m., it will be dispatched the next working day.

Colissimo and DHL track packages.

With colissimo you will have access to your tracking number via your account once the shipping confirmation email has been received.

With DHL, you will receive an email and / or sms as soon as your package is sent with your tracking number.

Your order can be delivered at any time of the day, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., and will be delivered against signature.

We always do our best to meet these delivery times, but during increases in activity (as during sales) delivery times can sometimes be extended.
Occasional updates to our systems or force majeure, such as particularly bad weather conditions, may result in the suspension of these delivery services, a modification of the deadline to benefit from them and / or an extension of the deadline Delivery. However, we are working hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
Opale bijoux cannot be held responsible for any package lost or stolen following specific delivery instructions given to the carrier.

  • You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are made at your expense.
  • We will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the item (shipping costs are never reimbursed).
  • If you want to get another size / color, you will need to place a new order.
  • All returned items will be subject to inspection. They must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and will be returned to you.

  • Please login to your account
  • Click on your order then on the item (s) to return. At the bottom of this page, click on: generate a return
  • You will receive an email confirming your return request
  • Once the email has been received, return to your Opale account and click on: return of goods then Print!
    (You will find attached to the document our address for return)
  • Place the printed document inside your package
