Delivery and returns


Free delivery in France is available from 120 € with Colissimo by enter the FREESHIPFR code.

We are shipping Worlwilde (except in Germany)

 Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo expert delivered against signature, within 5-8 business days (not guaranteed delay).

You can also select Chronopost if you want to be delivered between 48 to 72 hours *

Chronopost, a registered order before 15h will be delivered in 2 or 3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). All order place before 3pm, will be ship the same day. For example, if you order on Friday before 3pm, your order will be ship on Friday and delivered tuesday or wednesday.

Colissimo and Chronopost ensure the package tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to allow you access to track your package. Thank you to check this follow before contacting us about your delivery.

Your order can be delivered at any time of the day, between 7 am to 9 pm, and will be delivered against signature. If you are away during the passage of the carrier, you will receive an email or a text message telling you how to get your package.

 Note that the Chronopost delivery option is available only for France.

 * We always do our best to meet those delivery times, but when business increases (as during the sales ) the delivery time can sometimes be extended . Occasional updates to our systems or force majeure, such as unusually severe weather, may result in suspension of the delivery services, limit modification time to benefit and / or a longer period Delivery. However, we are working for these temporary changes are minimized. Opale will not be held responsible for any package lost or stolen following specific delivery instructions to the carrier.


You can return an item within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Returns charges are your responsibility.

We will refund the amount paid for the acquisition of the article.


If you want to get a different size / color, you need to place a new order.

All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, unused and in their original state. Any product returned that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be repeated and will be returned .

We remind you that the return is at your expense, we recommend that you send with tracking for more security.
